I know we dont celebrate halloween here in Australia but with a friend from the US it was hard to miss…
I ended up at a burlesqe drawing night at the butterfly club.
Its a strange little cocktail bar/caberat club in South melbourne and it is full of all the kitch ornaments and prints your great aunt mary had. The last wed of each month they host “Dr Sketchy’s Anti Art School” which started in Brooklyn then spread around the world and came to Melbourne so i could draw sexy girls in great costumes…
Now im no great drawer, i do consider myself a photographer but i gave it a go anyway and as the night went on i think the pics got better (although i think my photos are better again)…. (check out my friend Jennys pics… now she can draw )
